Per LSUSports.net: Baton Rouge, La. – East Tennessee State defeated LSU, 74-63, Wednesday night in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center. The Tigers fall to 7-3 on the season with the loss.
Sophomore forward Emmitt Williams put up 16 points, 11 rebounds and two assists for the Tigers as he notched his third straight double-double performance. Sophomore guard Javonte Smart scored eight in the contest to go along with seven assists and three rebounds. Senior guard Skylar Mays finished with 13 points. Freshman forward Trendon Watford recorded seven points and pulled in three boards. Junior guard Charles Manning Jr. had seven points in the contest.
