Former George Washington center Hunter Dean is returning to Louisiana and transferring to LSU, the Mandeville, La. native announced Monday.


Dean, a 6-10, 235-pound senior, began his college career at Southern Miss but transferred after his freshman season and spent the last three years with the Colonials. He averaged 8.7 points and 6.1 rebounds per game last season.

Just gotta field a team that can get over the hump a bit. So many games last season that coulda shoulda gone the Tigers way, but didn’t, cause they weren’t quite good enough. Let’s hope next season’s squad can make it to the NCAAs.
