University Lab junior point guard Skylar Mays anounced on Twitter this weekend that he has de-commited from LSU and will re-open his recruitment. Per Nola.com:

Rivals.com highlighted Mays as one of its standout 2016 performers at the Nike Elite 100 Camp in St. Louis last week.

Mays, rated as a four-star prospect, said Vanderbilt and Tulsa have been in contact with him but he also reiterated that LSU is certainly not out of the picture by any means.
The 6-foot-3 point guard originally committed to LSU in February.

I hope skylar becomes a tiger in the end, but if he doesn't really want to be a tiger, then he doesn't need to be one. Hats off to him for reopening his recruiting now instead of flipping at the very end...classy way to handle the situation.
