LSU right-handed pitcher Ma'Khail Hilliard will start for the Tigers vs. Southern Miss in the Hattiesburg Regional Championship game this afternoon. Hilliard threw 55 pitches vs. Kennesaw State on Friday night.

Right-handed pitcher Tanner Hall will get the start for Southern Miss. He threw 109 pitches against Army on Friday.

I’m surprised they’re throwing him today. Surely they’re just looking for a good start since it’s probably his pen day and won’t stick with him long.
