LSU Shuts Out Towson, 6-0

Per LSUSports.net: BATON ROUGE, La. – Sophomore right-hander Blake Money fired seven shutout innings for the second consecutive week to lead No. 2 LSU to a 6-0 win over Towson in Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.

LSU improved to 4-1, while Towson, which defeated Southern, 5-2, earlier in the day, dropped to 1-5 on the year.

LSU returns to action at 1:30 p.m. CT Saturday, when the Tigers play host to Southern in Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field. The game will be broadcast on affiliates of the LSU Sports Radio Network, and it may be viewed online on SEC Network +.
