LSU Rallies To Beat Southern, 9-2

Per LSUSports.net: Baton Rouge, La. — The Tigers rallied late in the game to overtake Southern, 9-2, Saturday afternoon at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.

LSU will play a double header tomorrow, Sunday Feb. 27 at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field. The Tigers will face Towson at 11:00 a.m. and then Southern at 5:00 p.m.

Redshirt junior Paul Gervase is credited with the win, tossing one and two-thirds innings and allowing only one hit. Gervase recorded two strikeouts and no walks.
