LSU Drops Series vs. Arkansas, 4-3

Fayetteville, AR. – Arkansas catcher Hudson White comes up with a walk-off double in extra innings as the top-ranked Razorbacks defeated the seventh-ranked Tigers 4-3 Friday night inside Baum-Walker Stadium.

With the loss, LSU fell to 20-8 on the season and 2-6 in the SEC, while Arkansas improved to 22-3 and 7-1 in the SEC.

The Tigers return Saturday at 2 p.m. CT in Fayetteville to take on Arkansas in the final game of the series. The contest can be streamed on SECNetwork+, and it can be heard on the LSU Sports Radio Network affiliates.

The second half of the line up has to start hitting and producing and stop make costly errors. Start winning some series and get past the regional and anything and anything can happen.

They can still have a decent season. Time to get better. Just my opinion but the SS transfer from S Carolina is hurting their chances.

It seems like that’s the only way these other teams can beat LSU is by having umpires call an unfair game. The SEC will be nothing without LSU. I will laugh when they bring their own demise by killing LSU slowly. Just call balls and strikes. Idk why we even have umpires to call balls and strikes when we could do it fairly, digitally, in real time. Have them call the field, they’re pretty good at that. I’m willing to bet it would have a significant impact on the game when balls and strikes are called by a computer, fairly. It takes all questioning out the game.

Dam shame to see that umpire squeeze Holman & give other guy a big plate. Lot of bad calls from the ump. Just saying, it makes a difference when have to throw it down main st.
