LSU Baseball officially opens the 2025 season this Friday against Purdue Fort Wayne at Alex Box Stadium.
The first pitch on Friday is scheduled for 2 p.m. CT. The game will be available on SEC Network+.
Taking the mound for the Tigers in Game 1 will be sophomore left-handed pitcher Kade Anderson.
Junior right-hander Anthony Eyanson will start Saturday, and redshirt sophomore right-hander Chase Shores returns to the mound on Sunday after recovering from Tommy John surgery in April of 2023.
