ESPN's Pete Thamel is reporting that Kentucky is expected to fire head football coach Mark Stoops.

The Wildcats wrapped up their season on Saturday with a 41-0 blowout loss to Louisville. They went 5-7 (2-6 SEC) this season.

Stoops just finished his 13th season as head coach at Kentucky with an 82-80 overall record. He will be owed a $38 million buyout.

$38 million to not coach, to a losing coach. So glad A&M fans revolted and ensured this dude didn't show up in College Station after Jimbo. wow!
