Report: Auburn OC Chip Lindsey Will Not Return Next Season

Multiple sources are reporting Auburn offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey will not be returning to the staff in 2019 and could be joining Les Miles's staff at Kansas. Per AL.com:

Chip Lindsey will not return as the Tigers' offensive coordinator and is expected to land another job in the near future, sources told AL.com.

Sources expect Lindsey to be hired as Les Miles' offensive coordinator at Kansas. Lindsey, who had also reportedly interviewed for the offensive coordinator job at Tennessee, was recruiting for Auburn as recently as this past weekend when he attended Pinson Valley’s playoff game along with defensive line coach Rodney Garner.
