This was written apparently in his release: "This maximum (11.935 million over 4 years) guaranty payment, however, is subject to Coach Bielema's affirmative obligatiuon to find other employment and the Razorback Foundation's right to reduce its monthly guaranty payments by those earnings (including athletic-related and non-athletic related income less certain amount) as specified in the agreement."
