Funny Alabama gives up less yards per game and less points per game yet you claim LSU has a better defense. Bama also rushes for more yards per game and more yards per rush, yet you claim LSU has a better rushing attack. Only in LSU's world....

I believe one of the biggest differences in this game will be quarterback pressure. Currently Alabama is #7 in total sacks nationally. LSU is 51st in total sacks. Well LSUdonmco we have 1 team that we have both played. That is Ole Miss. LSU scored 45 on them in the game. Your starting offense played in the whole game. Bama scored 49 in the first half and had their starters out by the half. That should tell you something....

This defense will not miss a beat with Pruitt. Pruitt probably does a better job of defensing spread teams. Kirby may do a better job against pro set type teams. The key is Bama is still the most talented team in the nation....

I was looking at the 247 player rankings and saw where Bama has 18 ( 5 star ) and 49 ( 4 star ) players on the roster this year. Out of the 18 ( 5 star ) players, Bama loses 2 ( Robinson and Henry ). The problem with Alabama last year was the secondary. By the end of the year last year, Bama was giving up long passes at an alarming rate. When you give up pass plays like Bama was doing it will eventually open up the running game. This years secondary is 10 times better than last years....
