1. Worse QB play.
2. MUCH worse RB play
3. Defense not quite as good as last year.
4. MUCH tougher schedule

The quarterbacks looked miserable in the spring game. Unlike last year, there will be no Henry to lean on for the offense. They lost a lot to the draft on defense and their current coordinator isn't great. Expect a little drop off... The schedule is one of the toughest in the country. They are currently underdogs to LSU and only 3 point favorites over UT/Ole Miss.

An over/under came out yesterday and had Bama at 9.5 so very good chance they go 9-3 if vegas thinks that

Same song every year.

2. MUCH worse RB play

Verse two of the same song.

3. Defense not quite as good as last year.

No front 7 has ever been as talented, but the starting 11 on defense are right there. DL is not as deep, but how could it be?

4. MUCH tougher schedule

Finally, a legit point.

Probably the most important point is one you left out (not surprisingly): Offensive line has to rebuild and the star OL is coming off trouble in the offseason...with two very legitimate opponents in the first three games.

Common sense says they fall back to earth. You can't replace that kind of talent and keep winning at that level. I see three losses.

They will lose 3 games in November alone. 8-4 is the ceiling

They just won a title starting 3 freshman in the secondary

4. MUCH tougher schedule

The same schedule that they went 11-1 against last year?

As long as we get state champ rings I don't care.

Third season in a row that we start the season with a new starting QB. Our starting RB seems to go pro after his junior year every year now. And how do you know the schedule is tougher? Other than more tough opponents away from home, it looks pretty much like what we face every year. You're assuming LSU and Tennessee lives up to offseason hype.

I think the loss of Kirby Smart will actually hurt them a bit more than any personnel losses.

Still don't see them losing more than 2 times all year though.

And despite that, if a heavily favored LSU team beats them by one point, Tiger fans will rush the field.

The last 8 seasons, Bama has averaged 1 regular season loss per season. So, I will go with 11-1 this season.

2015.

New QB

RB thought too big/clumsy to be a feature back

3 new starters on the offensive line

0 returning starting wide recievers

3 of 4 secondary starters freshmen

Road trips to preseason east favorite UGA, preseason west favorite Auburn, and Texas A&M

How'd that work out?
