Why do bama fans think Mac should win the Heisman when clearly Trask should win it.

I know you guys think I started this thread because I hate bama and stuff. But Trask clearly should win it.
First when you look at Mac jones he has maybe the best O line in football to help protect him. Mac jones has only been sacked 8 times this year .
Not only does he have the best O line he has the best RB to open up things for him.
Even after all that he has the best WR in the nation that can get open vs anyone.
With all that to support Mac you can’t say he’s the Heisman. Trask doesn’t have any unit better then bama on offense. And is still putting up better numbers.

Take Mac off bamas team and they are probably still undefeated. Take Trask off Florida and the gators probably drop 2 more games.

I think our WR group as a hole if you include Pitts is as good as Bama. Smith and Pitts are the two best in the country on PFF for a reason.

Well I think he should finish #1
Trask gets to play with Pitts, the best TE in the country.
DeVonta plays with a good not elite John Metchie and a Slade Bolden along side him and has a replaceable game manager throwing him the ball. And he's still the best WR in the country.
Heisman.

You most certainly did not watch the UGA or Ole Miss games. Or probably any Bama games that closely
Also it’s time to stop acting like Trask is making chicken salad out of chicken shite. Mullen is a fantastic offensive coach. The receivers are good and he has a god tier tight end. His O-Line is fair and the running backs are average. That equates to a very good supporting cast that Trask turns into an Elite Offense
In contrast, Mac has 1 elite and 1 good receiver, an elite O-Line, and a great running back. Yes Alabama would have a great offense even with a game manager at QB. But they’d need a game changer to have a historically great offense
In summation, Trask and Mac deserve to be neck and neck because both are significantly elevating the offense around them

Trask is throwing to a better WR core. And Florida’s OL has given us less sacks(10) than Alabama (14)

The 10 times Trask has been sacked this season clearly prove that his OL is awful. 8 sacks = elite. 9 = meh. 10 = pure hot garbage that belongs at a program like LSU or Vandy.

Mac jones himself has only been sacked 8 times. Young may have been sacked more to get to that number.

Did you feel this way last year when Joe Burrow won the Heisman? LSU oline won some award. Top wr's in country. I think the first rb taken in the draft. Should Joe give his Heisman back? Mac and Joe are putting up similar numbers with similar talent.
But I think D. Smith should win it. So who knows.

Mac has better QBR. More QBR over 200 than Trask. Trask has more snaps per game than Mac. Because Bana has an elite run game he is taking even more opportunity from Mac to perform. If Saban wasn’t such a good guy he could have hung more points on everyone except OM. Oh and in orde for Bama to be undefeated Mac had to play a perfect game against OM he did.
