Yeah it's looking like Kelly or sunseri will come to us depending on who gets promoted.

Beat my by 2 minutes. Would love to get Haggins as well but considering his ties to FSU and how long he's coached there doesn't seem like a possibility.

Yeah I don't see Sunseri being promoted to DC after the debacle in Tennessee.

Lance Anderson from Stanford.... their DC just left to be Vandy HC and if they don't offer him the DC position, let's give him a raise and move him down south where he can make a name for himself.
He's supposed to be a hell of a recruiter too.

Speculation is that Pruitt and UGA are waiting to see what FSU does. If Kelly is promoted we will look elsewhere, but if they make an outside hire, look for UGA to try an lure Kelly and Sunseri away. With the DL hire, it will be interesting to see what direction they go.

Hamilton didn't work to well for the falcons, but it could be because they suck on the LDL line. I want recruiters who still preach a little, just a little, redrum. Some of these Ga. Boys would do good with some old fashion, think FSU early 90's, mean streaks. I want the coach that is going to do that, losing Wilson hurts short term, great coach, but long term, everyone is replaceable.

Seminoles have to be taking quite the hit on the recruiting trail the longer they wait. Be surprised if they wait much longer.

And judging from Fisher's hiring of Pruitt to be DC in the first place, it's clear he'll take a flyer on someone he thinks can coach and can work with him, regardless of the coach's history (or lack thereof) at the DC position.
So it's very possible he will promote from within. Will be interesting to find out, and I do believe they pull the trigger on someone this week.

I think we should probably see a DL hire in the next couple days. We'll wait for LBs until FSU makes a move, which could come anytime this week.

But that's how it usually goes. Then the school will announce a string of new asst. coaching hires and we will all do a collective swoon (no matter who it is) convincing each other we now - finally - have a staff in place that will win us that Nat. title.
