Former Georgia wide receiver Tyler Williams announced his commitment to Minnesota out of the Transfer Portal on Tuesday.

Williams, a redshirt freshman from Lakeland, Fla., appeared in two games last season as a backup receiver and caught just one pass for four yards.

The 6-3, 203-pound receiver was a four-star prospect in high school.

Good for him, except for the 20 degree below temperatures in Minnesota.

Seriously, Georgia has so much talent at the WR position now that he was probably not going to play much.
