I know that he is a pass-rush specialist. Apparently Dee Ford went to see him before this past season and it paid dividends to him & the Barn.

All I can say is foot on the fricking gas pedal! Don't stop. Pruitt was a great hire, lets not settle now, position coaches are JUST as important. Let the Benjamin s fly Richt...lets get us together a fricking competitive staff.

Someone on 24/7 is saying that he heard that Chris Wilson may not be a done deal to USC yet. Something about the family not wanting to move and he may want to stay at UGA. This could be way off base, bit I just wanted to see if anyone else heard something.

Do not want any Kiffin on our campus.

Chuck smith is a pass rush specialist, he teaches a clinic to nfl and some college players on the art of the afore mentioned. I think he played for Atlanta for awhile, but he is considered to be a top teacher when it comes to sacks and qb pressure. Would be a nice get I think, and atl is his stomping ground.

He came with Pruitt to FSU from Bama, and they are about as good of friends as Pruitt and Will F. Are. Almost... It might not happen but I think the offer will be there.

My dream scenario:

DL: Chris Kiffin or Coach O
LB: Randy Shannon
LB/ST: Charles Kelly

This would be the biggest recruiting machine in the SEC. No doubt about it. Add in BMaC, Pruitt, Bobo, Lilly and Corch Richt. Holy hell

Don't want Kiffin or O anywhere near UGA's program. I really really like the idea of getting Kelly.

Besides the fact they’re are sleeze balls, what’s not to like? They are two of the best recruiters in the nation. If we’re going to win a Natty, we HAVE to keep the best players home. Besides, they’ll likely move on in 1-2 years, so why not own the recruiting trail in ’15 and ’16?

He was only at UT for a season. He was at Bama with Pruitt before that.

Pretty good chance we could get Sunseri, imo

They aren't good coaches as far as I was aware.

I don’t think overall team stats necessarily signify a great position coach. But for arguments sake, here is what I’ve found.

Rush Defense (National Rank):
USC: 15th
Ole Miss: 51st
UGA: 41st

Sacks:
USC: 16th
Ole Miss: 37th
UGA: 78th

Now, I realize scheme and other variables can’t be measured for a position coach. But just looking at 2 key indicators, USC and Ole Miss performed as well or better in both areas. Am I saying they’re great coaches? No. But I believe their success on the sidelines as well as on the recruiting circuit make them appealing candidates.

yeah my bad, forgot about his layover in UT country. But pruitt wanted him at FSU, so if Sunseri doesnt get the DC job at FSU, lets hope he comes to UGA, real good coach, and already has a great working relationship with Pruitt.

So is there a chance we could gut FSU's defensive staff?
