I got no prob with him doing 2 years. He won't spend it in OPP. Will probably be transferred. He made the choice to get drunk, unzip his pants, pull his nuts out and place them in the face of an unconscious man, While he knew he was being taped. 18 of those months should be for pure stupidity alone. The judge shoud have offered him the choice of 2yrs in jail or 30 days time 1yr probation and register as a sex offender.

I know people doing life for giving a friend a ride to someone's house. Those are the breaks.

Penalty was too harsh the mans life is all but ruined. The Criminal Justice system blew it on this one.

Shoot, I think the guy having to register as a sexual offender for the rest of his life would probably ruin his life enough as it was. I seriously doubt this guy was a risk to be a serial offender...but when you do something stupid, you open yourself up to outrageous consequences.
