Don't be a dumbass and things like this won't happen to you. Lesson learned.

he also doesn't have to register as a sex offender...that was the biggest deal about his plea bargain

If this is the case, then that is all that needs to be said. People who get labeled as a Sex Offender have a really tough time integrating into any community. Wherever he would move for the rest of his life would include letters to all his neighbors. He would also be limited to where he could live (like close to schools or bus stops) and ever where he could hang out.

I know if I was looking at either a few years in prison or the rest of my life as a registered sex offender, I would take the prison time.

2 years? really? i would not be surprised if he walked out a hardened 'I don't give a frick about anything' person after that long. i know i would.

of course, that's what keeps me from doing stupid shite in the first place.

so if a girl is passed out i shouldn't be charged with sexual assault if i decide to rub my nuts on her feet? i mean thats not the usual sexual intent.

I wonder if he would have had to register as a sex offender if the guy was gay. He would have if the victim was female.

The real lesson is being ignored. Don't get blacked out drunk in places you shouldn't. Bad things can happen, getting teabagged and not even knowing is the best thing that could happen in that situation

THIS.

Maybe in Arky land.

what if the teabagger was gay? now instead of it being a prank like some of his worshipers on here have said it would have sexual intent behind it

I would think there is something underlying here, just to think to do this to another guy. And just plain sick to do it at all.

You just can't do what he did in public in front of that many people in the middle of a restaurant. Think about it. 99.9 percent of people know better. If you don't know better something is wrong with this guy, and he needs the punishment. I dont see it as representation of bama, I'd feel same way if LSU fan did this. Just an idiot.

You would probably feel differently had you been the receipient.

3 weeks ago my friend was visiting that very same Krystal at around 1am. He witnessed a man pull out his penis and start urinating in the middle of the floor of the restaurant.

There were nola police officers right outside the store on the street that were notified and SAW what was happening. The man was told he had to clean up the piss (while everyone laughed at him) and then had to go sit in teh drunk tank for the night.

What do I think about the teabagger? I think what he did was a stupid prank and gross, but 2 years punishment is ridiculous. Especially considering the context of what goes on inside and outside of that particular Krystal night-in and night-out.

He could have learned the same lesson by doing community service for 2 years and it would have actually benefited La. Instead La politicians/Judicial system got their underwear in a wad over the whole issue bc of the status surrounding the incident and wanted to "prove" something.

I saw a LSU fan piss all over some bar on Bourbon the day before the national title game. No one cared, not even the bar tenders behind the bar itself. It was like it was normal.

it wouldn't be a representation of bama if some of them weren't making excuses for his behavior. they have sorta a cop mentality except its the wide crimson line instead of the thin blue line. they protect and justify their own.

of course good ones like tt9 and coast are the exception.
