Too long IMO. Give him 2 weeks and 2 years probation.

Thoughts on Alabama Teabagger 2 year sentence?

Punish him with 30 days or something but two years, not to mention all the tax money that costs, just seems a bit absurd.

It will be Louisiana tax dollars spent. What say the LSU fans? Worth your tax money spent for two years?

Shocked. Life is ruined over a stupid prank. Probation and embarrassment would have plenty.

I agree, unless there is more to it than I know. 2 years is a long arse time for putting your balls on someone's face.

Some idiot got jail time for sexually assaulting someone in a public restaurant while they were incapacitated.

Sounds about right to me.

And yes...rubbing your junk on someone is sexual assault.

Some folks get my pity

Not this stupid fricker

Maybe if he was some 17 year old kid drinking his first 6 pack I could say go lightly

Dude is in his 30's and as such should be more mature

No sympathy from me

I dont think his life is ruined though because he didn't have much of one before this whole thing happened

Looking at the whole picture, this guy has a family to support.

As an LSU fan, I even agree this sentence is absurd. MAYBE a few month sentence, and that's it.

I dont think he does anymore. plus im sure his kid is better off with whoever his exwife shacks up with than having a dad that is the manager of a sporting good store and thinks its a good idea to put his nuts on peoples faces in a public place.

What if the victim was a woman, or a little kid? Would that make it any different? It shouldn't. Nobody has the right to touch anybody else sexually unless there is consent.

Community service, pay a fine, have to appear in a sexual assault ad campaign to be properly embarrassed.

The real lesson is being ignored. Don't get blacked out drunk in places you shouldn't. Bad things can happen, getting teabagged and not even knowing is the best thing that could happen in that situation. Lots of worse things could happen when you drink to blackout levels. NOLA cops should have had the guy in the drunk tank, not scarfing down mini burgers and snoozing at counter.

This should have been handled in Civil Court, but I do agree that kids take things too far now and sometimes need messages like this to calm the hell down and behave.

this.

its a prank if he keeps his pants on and acts like he is going to teabag the guy. it becomes more than a prank when the retard takes his pants off and actually tea bags someone.
