Their '77 team was apparently the only team Alabama lost to that season too.

2008 had suspensions and injuries

And you're an idiot if you think the team that smoked Auburn was the same that lost to USCe

Won the SECCG

Lost in title game, will be forgotten.

Yep and it's depressing as shite to think about. That was such an awesome season. LSU absolutely beat the shite out of every team they played that year except Bama. The average margin of victory was around 30 points I think.

1988 auburn is up there with 83, 93, and 2004 for us. Frigging earthquake game kept us out of the title game. One of the best college defenses I've watched along with 92 Bama.

Hard for me to term them a "damn good" team when they were curbstomped by Cackalacky 35-7.

"Damn good" teams don't get beaten by four touchdowns.

Damn good teams know how to stop the run too.

2007 UGA, not the 2012 UGA squad, is the correct answer.

2007 UGA would've beaten LSU in the SECCG by 17+.

Yep. Our QB threw 5 interceptions in that game and we lost 31-24. Had it not been for that herp derp of a performance, Alabama would have threepeated.
