The corn dog is very similar to that of the jiz jar. I had heard of neither until I started frequenting message boards.

Not much from the usenet days survived.
It's true though, Auburn fans are not very original. I have a similar original story that I'll post in a few minutes.

I greatly look forward to this thread very year. Everyone but LSU gets the real joke, and that is simply the reaction it causes.

I don't understand why people think this is offensive, we probably do smell like fried food. Have you ever been to an LSU tailgate? At least half the food is fried.

Great comparison to the jizz jar. And y'all's response is night and day compared to LSU's. You recognize a silly story that isn't that funny and just kind of roll with it. LSU just makes this so much worse on themselves than it needs to be.

It's known throughout the conference and used by fans of all teams. I won't say it's especially clever, but it certainly caught on.
Plus, it makes no sense and thus has flustered LSU fans for years.
