We bring our own bags and will collect our trash ourselves and have it sitting neatly next to the cans for pickup later....

I saw facility services around campus emptying trashcans and putting in new liners at our tailgate early in the season, but I have not seem them since....

Some tailgates rely on the university placed trashcans around campus while others use their own bags.
The university doesn't put out enough cans for the those who rely on them and it leads to the mess that you see....

Rusillo answered LSU immediately when a caller asked it a few weeks ago. It took a a few more seconds but Van Pelt agreed, choosing LSU over Georgia....
