I want him at UG FWIW.

If Skip Holtz wins 10 games at USF, he'll have to get a long look from UGA.

Conversely, if UGA hires Mullins instead, would Holtz get the call from MSU? Or will the Bulldogs promote from within?

trey

i have grown warmer to strong than mullen. the SECr actually did sway that
quote:

Peterson - don't think he leaves Boise.
Patterson - I have no idea.
Strong - not sure if he's ready for the SEC as a HC but he would be a deadly recruiter.
Mullins - yes please

i see all your points, they are good ones

petersen- i used to agree but think about this. we know UGA has everything over boise fan, money, recruiting, tool wise. but boise is going to lose a lot after this year, the NCAA is investigating, and we could make him one of the highest paid guys AND he could actually win a title. if they go undefeated and win a title he has done all he can at boise and could leave. if boise goes unbeaten and still doesn't play for a title then he will realize boise will never break the glass ceiling and come.

so never say never

patterson- least likely IMHO but by far my most wanted. passionate, great game day coach, not too many things we'd need to change except for the 4-2-5

strong- i think he'd do great and we would give him every resource to get a great staff

mullen- same as strong

I hope Mullen goes to UGA as well. The state of Georgia will get plucked more than it already is, for top instate talent. Please let it happen.

Holtz was pretty good at ECU and already has USF playin well. I think he'll be a viable option for someone in the SEC eventually

Im not sure that Strong has as high a ceiling as Mullen, but it would be a much easier transition for yall.

yea cause recruiting at MSU is the same as it is at UGA

not to mention the staff he'd get would more than make up for it.

and the transition will be important. there is little faith in the program right now, we need a home run hire and there is little lee-way

so we should just go ahead and hire saban

Right now, he'd be a fallback if bigger names said no. At the end of the year, he may be a pretty big name by himself. Especially with his dad slobbering all over him every week.

Or you could do the next best thing, and hire Kirby Smart.

yea because when the going gets tough and we need an answer from our HBC and then he looks to find daddy saban to see what to do then it will kick in that we hired the right guy

because he is an idiot

Mullen would beat Fla like a redheaded stepchild

For somebody that cant recruit, we sure seem to have some pretty damn good talent.

you're an idiot.

3 million a year, putting him in the top 15 in the country salary-wise- back to back NYD bowls, energized fanbase

Malzahn would blow an engine cylinder driving off the Plains to Starkville
