So when has GA been known for a shitty Offense and QB? LSU, ummm quite the opposite. If Fournette played in your O he would most like get just as many yards if not more than Chubb. Truth.

I fully agree. But many LSU fans do not see those facts for what they are and bend over backwards to try to prove LF has always been better even in 14. Apologies for lumping you in with the rest.

But to ignore the fact UNC has one of the nations' worst rush defenses and Wisconsin has one of the best is asinine.

Your'e using last year. That's irrelevant now. Will wisconsin have a better run D than UNC this year? Probably so! But their stats from last year are wholly meaningless as it relates to what happened saturday.

Also to ignore that LSU has maybe the worst offensive scheme in football is is asinine.

I've never bought into that excuse. If you're talking about reasons LSU doesn't produce offense like they should then yeah absolutely. When you're comparing 2 RBs I don't buy it for a second.

Not sure what you 2 are talking about but whatever...

I'd say they are equal with the edge to Chubb possibly.

Actually, with his average Saturday, he would have ended up with 230 yards if he got the same carries as Chubby

But dont let facts ruin a trollfest

Didn't you say a few months ago you were going to C&P a post of mine for every time a thread came up?

Spoiler alert: yes you did. My stance on the 2 hasn't budged one iota and I've said it again here; '14 NC was clearly better, there's no debate. Last year LF was clearly better, no question. This year is only 1 game so you can't really glean much.

But, I guess I'm out of line somehow?

I did.

But then you say stupid shite like this.

2016, after oviously only 1 week but a week in which NC looked head and shoulders to be the better back

32 carries times 6 yards per carry is 192 yards

Add in his 38 yards receiving and that is 230 yards

Math is hard, I know

And math is racist

So constantly having defenses key on our running backs because we can't complete a forward pass or use creativity is not important?

That is so absurd. Everyone in the stadium knows where the ball is going every play. We have the worst offense in the country. Its embarrassing.

I can guarantee you Wisconsin's will still be top 20 and UNCs will still be bottom 50. They aren't going to change that much. Its all we have to go on right now and its a crazy difference in the two units. You played one the of the worst run defenses in the country and we played one of the best.

Do you compare Texas Tech QB stats with UGA QB stats? That's an extreme example, but just to prove a point.

I guarantee you that fournette will go before chubb in the draft. in fact....I'd bet everything that I own on it.

if that doesn't tell you who is better, then nothing will.

So stafford is better than tebow as a college QB? Sweet!!!

So 3 words has gotten you bent out of shape? "head and shoulders" was hyperbole, I got carried away. But I mean...based on the obviously small sample size of 1 game...I think most across the country would agree that NC looked better.

Do you think Miles and Smart would agree to trade running backs for a couple of games so we can end this stupid fricking thread from coming up every week? That is directed at both sides.

Come on man you know this is an exception. There is a difference in NFL QB and college QB. There is not much difference in NFL RB and college RB.

And we all know Tebow was a full back who has the worst throwing motion of all time but had Percy Harvin and a sick team around him that was perfect for that system.

Did Chubb account for ~70% of his teams offensive output with no offensive line or passing game to speak of and the most incompetent offensive coaching staff in the country?

Yes, but Damien Harris.

quote:

Rush Yards:
NC- 222
LF- 138

DH - 138

quote:

Yards per attempt:
NC- 6.94
LF- 6.0

DH - 15.33

quote:

Rushing Touchdowns:
NC- 2
LF- 0

DH - 0 (He's unselfish, letting others get those TDs in short yardage.)

quote:

Long Rush:
NC- 55
LF- 30

DH - 73 (and another for 46)

Remember, to LSU fans, YPC is the all encompassing, single most important stat in the history of all stats.

Give DH LFs number of carries and he goes for nearly 400.

Actually, UGA fans leaned on that one Chubb's freshman year as their bell cow, fwiw.

And I do think its a huge thing, but you have to have a lot of carries for it to matter. But you know that, you're just being a tool.

No, I am showing why people saying 222>>>>>>138 are retards. THe fact is, Chubbs game wasnt actually that much better than Fournette, if at all.

But, because we are petulant frick sticks about this topic, we have to act like it was. And when LF has a game where he has way more yards on 9 more carries, LSU fans will be complete morons.
