Alltime 6-1 against Ole Miss, so there is that.

Mizzou is one of three SEC teams West of the MS River. And they're in the East.

For the childen among us who were not around for any of the 25 years that the Atlanta Braves played in the NL West, for some reason this is a big deal.

I am not driving back to Texas for a game again. I love SEC football games, but Auburn has been, and forever shall be a part of the Eastern United States...for a reason. Gas money and time really take a lot of consideration into this matter, especially with my kids.

Thankful we added A&M (I understand your situation), but best of luck to you in the future. That is too far away given our location

Maybe the ACC or MEAC is a better fit for Auburn

You really are in a hurry to get that all-time record against Vandy turned around, aren't you?

LSU accusing another University about being poor?

Don't make me remind you of the Fox Sports deal that we just signed.

One Hundred and Twenty Million.

In addition to SEC money (31.2 million)--you are welcome for Auburn playing for National Football Championships in 2010 and 2013 ($20 million)...and sharing our winnings with you (we could be like the University of Texas and just take it all).

In addition to our new deal for $78.1 million from Under Armour.

The Fox Sports and Under Armour deals are only money in our pocket.

But your whole State wants to shut LSU down because it no longer believes that Louisiana has the budget to provide 30,000 kids in your State with a decent University education?

I would seriously shut up if I were you. Auburn and LSU has always had a great rivalry, but you have your own share of issues on your own.

You also must take into consideration that a huge amount of Auburn graduates actually live in this Eastern geographical blueprint (tons in Georgia and Florida).

Oh god no. You want to see those divisions?

North:
UK
Vandy
Tennessee
Mizzou
Arkansas
(And 2 of UGA/SCAR/OM)

South:
Alabama
Auburn
Florida
LSU
A&M
MSU
(Whichever of the three above you didn't pick to be in the north)

The south is loaded.

OK. I'm convinced. Mizzou may not suck for all time. But its fan base certainly will.

Just kidding. Mizzou will never be able to compete long term in the SEC. Not enough of the fast guys in your part of the world.

Tell us all HOW you're going to do that with the following stipulations:

1 - SEC WON'T put teams from the same state in diff. divisions (Miss./MSU, Tn./Vandy, & Aub./Ala. staying together)

2 - SEC WON'T end TSIO NOR TIB as ANNUAL conf. games.

3 - SEC WON'T reshuffle divisions over RECENT results (let's not forget who was stronger the 1st part of division history).

Then just put the state sharers in the same division

Tennessee
Vanderbilt
Ole miss
Miss St
Auburn
Alabama
USCe

Georgia
Florida
LsU
Arkansas
Kentucky
aTm
Missouri

When the sec adds OU and OK st then just move carolina down and put the Okey schools with the state sharers

Why we think it has to be done geographically is beyond me, other than the fact we call it east and west

Auburn should be in the SEC East.

Geographically it makes sense and Missouri should move to the West. The obvious problem is Bama's rivalry with Tennessee. Auburn would have to become Bama's out of division rival and they would have to end the annual rivalry game with the Vols to maintain scheduling integrity. In other words it's simpler to leave it as is.
