I I think the only way Evans was coming to Auburn was if we smoked LSU and Our LBs somehow morph into NFL first rounders. wants out of state obviously.

On Evans in general. UGA leads but in no way is he a lock there. It will be either UGA or Auburn in the end. UGA has a big weakness in their recruitment of him also, their depth chart and who they are bringing in per his most recent interview with 247. Evans still has to decide what is more important to him between getting away from home or the much better chance of early PT. If it's get away from home UGA wins. If it's PT Auburn wins. I don't think he has decided what factor is most important yet.

Correct me if I'm wrong but we may not sign a 5* class this year but if we can get 2 or 3 guys like Lawson and Monty along with some Tuberville-type underrated guys we'll be good to go?
Watching the team grow from week to week it seems like we're missing a few key pieces IMO a #1 receiver, MLB, and a lockdown Corner plus some solid guys for depth and development and we would be on our way back to Top 3
in the SEC.
*Also, whoever we need to shore up our 3rd down defense.

First Tre Williams and Roc are 5stars
Also, saying we won't sign five stars then saying find guys like Lawson and Monty, both top 10 undisputed5* is a bit ridiculous
