Is there any particular reason you are being such a flaming douchebag?

Any recruit who decides not to go to Alabama because of uniform choices probably wouldn't work out to begin with.

Seems like a good filter to me.

Well... If you wont listen to me then listen to Bamas 5* OT commit, Alex Leatherwood. He is a firm commit despite his desire to see other colleges throughout his recruitment. One of the schools that he will visit is Michigan. Leatherwood will be in attendance for the Wolverines’ game against Wisconsin on Oct. 1. Here’s what he had to say about his interest level in Michigan. “(The Jordan uniforms) are freaking awesome,” Leatherwood told Brandon Justice of Landof10.com. “Michigan has too much sauce right now.” From knowing Leatherwood, frankly, he’s too smart of a person to flip his commitment because of a school’s uniforms, so there’s really nothing to worry about with that quote. He's talking about the uniforms Michigan altered slightly under Nikes MJ line. The kids love it. If it helps recruiting wouldn't bother me at all to do something creative ONCE a season.

Have you seen Michigan's Jordan uniforms? They are the same uniforms they have been wearing for 50 years.

You want us to get a deal with Jordan fine, but the equivalent would be replacing our Nike logo with a Jordan logo. That's all Jordan did to the Michigan uniforms. They are exactly the same. Literally NO DIFFERENCE.

He doesn't like new, flashy jerseys, he likes THE BRAND. And that's fine, and I'm all for changing that up if the stuff they make is just as good for our players.

This thread made me laugh.

I laughed hysterically when you brought up uniforms.

I appreciate the time and effort you put into making this thread, but reading through it did it not sound ridiculous to you?

The end zones are throwback and the uniforms should never change.

The midfield logo is clean but I wouldn't be opposed to the old school logo in place at the 50.

There are a few alternate elephant logos on apparel. I personally wish this logo never existed.

When our deal comes up with Nike in a few years, we need to absolutely become a Jumpman school. That includes our basketball jerseys. We are the top brand in College Football. We deserve the best. Our value has never been higher. Its time to take it out for a spin.

Speaking of that, our deal with Nike is shite considering what our value is. Our deal should break the bank when it's up.
