Both of those franchises have changed their uniforms numerous times over the years.
I know its hard for adults to understand, but I think the kids e.g. the players, the recruits, the students would be really excited to see something different ONCE a year.
I know when I played ball the day the new uniforms were given out for that particular season it was exciting as hell. Kids love that ish.
As far as the midfield logo goes I really dont care I've just always been a little jelly of LSU's because it looks cool. I'd rather beat them than have the cooler midfield logo, but why cant we have both ?

I seem to be missing these wild changes..........because to me, like Alabama, these two classic jerseys are basically the exact same as they were right after World War II. And everyone knows what they represent.

I mean - I'm 30 years old. I'm not exactly some old fuddy duddy. I was a student less than 10 years ago, and I (and 90% of my buddies) would have thrown whiskey bottles at people if Alabama had jogged out in black uniforms or some other non-Alabama thread. I don't know where you are getting your opinion consensus from but I think you need to re-gather it.

I really don't care about midfield, but it needs to be classic and one of our logos.

I like the current better one better than the ones in the past which looked pretty hokey.

I'm a senior at UA, so definitely a younger fan. The only thing they should change is go back to the elephant stepping through the A in place of the generic logo they use now. Changing the uniform would be horrendous, the 2010 alternates were straight garbage.

There are only 2 changes that I would welcome:
1) Logo should be the script A only (no circle around it with Alabama Crimson Tide). It is simple and clean like our unis.
2) White helmets once every few years.
That's it...

Nonetheless, its not like what I posted was some sort of flashy uniform. It still pretty basic. Its not like we've had the same uniform since 1892.

I am for that. Make it an exception for when we play out of conference, non-Power 5 teams or something.

I think the all-white unis could possibly be okay for at least one game, not necessarily once per year. A well-designed throwback for one game might be alright too. Again, for one game, not every year. If anything, do one different jersey every year, but not just the road white unis or throwbacks every year.

I loved the elephant through the A, and the current logo is boring compared to that.
Do not want to change the uniforms, but incorporating gray into 1 game per year would be okay.
