Wow guy. There is no criticism going on in this thread. Just observation and discussion. Discussing is the purpose of this website. I hate to say it but you suck. If you don't wanna partake in our discussion then see your way out of the thread Mr. Killington.

But I'm not telling people not to crticize, but that they are using selective memory to do so. And that they're spoioed. But just because I feel that way doesn't mean I want people to not criticize the team.

Ok, I understand. I'm not trying to criticize in a "this is the worst X we've had, 9 wins". I'm just trying to post what I see specifically with the current players. I'm certainly not mad or pissed or concerned that we are in massive trouble. Just posting what a I see. Certainly not taking anything we've done for granted, but also not taking for granted that it will just continue because we wear numbers on our helmets.

Pretty tough to post considering I was actually at the game and had to live with Clemson fans celebrating all around me while you were on some internet chit chat forum.

Now get off your high horse. You're not a better fan than anyone because you choose to pump sunshine.

Honestly I was more worried last year at this point because I didn't think USC was any good and Jalen being a true frosh scared me. I am somewhat worried about our D, especially with the injuries but I think it's just too early to tell what's gonna happen. I could see us winning it all, losing in the playoff, or even losing 2-3 games if injuries get worse and Jalen struggles. I just am not worried yet.

It does kind of suck that Tua seems overwhelmed even when we're way ahead, but Blake struggled a lot when he was our backup too and he turned out great.

I just am so happy to have the success we're having now that I get frustrated when others aren't as excited as me.

I didn't mean to be a dick about it. I just got fired up and I apologize to all Bama fans. Because I remember those dark days more because I've been through more of them and I really didn't mean to be a dick about it.

Sorry guys!

I'm not a sunshine pumper. Check my post history if you don't believe me. I used to argue with Funky Tide a lot.

No problems. We all love the Tide and love talking about them. Looking forward to the rest of the season. Honestly, sometimes these years when we have young kids that grow up are even more fun than having an established group to start the year. I expect some guys will have the light come on and become stars in the next month.

People are panicking all over the Bama boards across the net. Folks, we get 3 of our LB's back in a week or two. Def evans this week. We are fine. We will prep and play every team we play hard. What team out there can say they should win every game they play. It will be good. Jalen is rolling and the Def will get healthy.

Godamnit, is this the litmus test for being a realist on this board?

It's all good guys, y'all are fighting over a 20+ point win over a team. Half of the other SEC teams are firing everybody today lol

I guess we have just been used to seeing dominance in the DL.

Not seeing it makes us nervous. I see flashes of it from time to time, I'm hoping they put it together for the real season that is on the horizon.

I have a nike crimson cap with a script A, a couple of t shirts, and a nice crimson with white stripes polo shirt with subtle UA on it. Used to have Tide Pride seats but gave them up after getting frustrated with UA "fans" railing on the home team during those dark years, and after my wife said she didn't want to come bail me out of jail in Tuscaloosa.

I hope I qualify.

edit: For the record, I gave up the alkeyhall and might could deal with the a-hole dorks these days, but frankly, I have grown accustomed to watching from home and avoiding the traffic that gets worse all the time. Well, and half the time I am playing bars, weddings, or events on Saturdays.

I always feel like we have this type of thread every few years when we get a new OL (2013 and 14 come to mind) and usually around mid October we start running on all cylinders.

I'm not concerned for this team. Could we lose some games? Of course, but as long as we take it one game at a time I think we'll be fine.
