You can't name one time this season that Jalen has stayed in the pocket and thrown the ball to his second read. He looks at the primary target. If he isn't open then he scrambles and hopes he gets open.

Jalen has never looked left, seen a guy covered, and then looked to the receiver on the right. It doesn't happen. The game is still moving fast for Jalen, so he does what he's really good at when that first read isn't open.
Look, kid protects the football and is an elite runner. Elite. When we face someone that can shut that down we are screwed though. The defense can't carry this team like last year, they aren't good enough.

I'm talking about pass plays, don't be dense. Do you agree that we call pass plays from time to time? On how many occasions does the second read get a look?

Again a lot of the time we do a read run, why because it works for a quick 10. Sure we run pass plays. I saw quite a few today and oh touchdowns from them.

Worked against FSU as well. Jalen got us 1st downs on those plays. Look either you don't understand what kind of offense we are running or you don't like it. Either way it's simple. Lots of running, quick high percentage throws with a few longer throws for honesty.

Same people that propped this D-line in off season as top 3 are now bashing them right now. Sober up you frickin figs. Yeah it's a drop off but Alabama will be fine.

Are we making excuses or calling it how it happened? The defense did suck tonight. I'm fully aware we're missing 5 linebackers. The defense still sucked. 2 of those guys aren't coming back. Excuses are for women and children

We were 3-16 on third down dude. No point in even arguing. You've dig your heels in. This team is quite clearly flawed in many areas whether you choose to acknowledge it or not.
