There will be a poor turn-out no matter where the game is played. ESPN owns the rights to the game and is probably getting bids from potential sites as well as considering there own advertising deals with whoever owns the naming rights to the stadiums. So it probably some combination of who thinks they can put the most buts in seats combined with whose naming rights partner has the sweetest deal with ESPN. And this is 100% uneducated speculation on my part.

I was 11 and sitting in the southeast corner. Oranges everywhere, fog rolling in, players pealing and eating oranges as they walked off the field, crowd going insane, Bobby Bowden putting on his confused look. I'd say that was a pretty awesome experience.
