A Georgia judge ordered Fulton county to turn over the Ballots a year ago. No compliance. Do you admit the whole world heard about the broken water main that wasn’t. That lie was told to get the candidates representatives to leave under the premise that counting would resume in the morning. Do you deny the video showing the recount starting immediately after those representatives left. They have a right to witness counting by law.

The lie of we will restart counting in the am was told in four other states with no inspections afterwards.

The recounts were just as shady as the initial counts and the signatures have never be inspected. Why are they still hiding this material. The supreme court’s ruling on standing just established that most of the cases thrown out for lack of standing should have been heard.

The biggest loss for this entire election is people’s belief in the system. Poll watchers, a legal system to challenge an election, verification of a legal right to vote are all written into the system to insure that belief. This is the first election in my sixty four years that questioning an election was called undemocratic and illegal

Why were lawyers following the same process that was use during the Kennedy alternative electors situation attempted to be disbarred. Not just told you are wrong, but following this precedent will cost you your career.

Since it takes an ID to enroll on SNAP Medicade, SS or any of a multitude of federal programs, is that racist too. The only people without IDs are people with mental illnesses or are addicted to drugs or alcohol to the point of only caring about an election if it provides the next meal or hit. Illegally letting homeless use a shelter as their domicile, as required by law, sure does make rounding up loose ballots easier. The predicate crimes were not listed until after the defense rested. I don’t see how the thirty four misdemeanors could have been raised to felonies if he was not unanimously convicted of the predicate crime. The jury instructions involved basically picking one of three which would be against due process.

When the Trump poll workers were kicked out with the lie that they were pausing counting till the am, all barricades should have been lowered to COMPLETE transparency for the entire election. Signatures examined, chain of custody and machine records exposed.

A large portion of the country lost faith in our elections because of the corruption here and in other states. Restoring that is the most important outcome which would include severe jail time to anyone proven to have colluded on this.

Having half of Baton Rouge in a district with Shreveport is almost as crazy as having Bogalusa and Monroe in the same district. Parishes/ counties should be in the same district where possible. Some sort of geographic continuity should be involved.

Sometimes having 40-45% representation doesn’t stop you from electing your candidate. it does require a more moderate candidate that represents all/most people.
