Local law enforcement should go with you when you serve the notice. Call them and explain the situation and ask them to provide a civil standby.

I have 3 left to go and one in college. I didn't put anything back for the one currently in college and it's hard every semester. However, I plan to save $100k per child for the 3 left. If any of them choose not to go dad has a nice windfall. I'm currently at $2,600/ month total for all three to reach the goal.

Lowes has some options for this and is very simple to install. One caveat, if the wall is an exterior wall you will have to deal with the insulation. That was a pain. Good luck.

My son played for Cypress Ranch and most of his games were at the Berry Center. Very impressive high school stadium. Reserve seating actually has folding seats with chair backs. Damn, I miss watching him play!!

My wife and I stayed there last summer. Current is extreme. So, swimming is out of the question. Rooms wreak of mold and musty smell. We changed several times and all were the same. A/C could not keep up with the heat. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

I have 3 left to put through college. One is 12 and twin 6 year olds. What I did was set a number ($100k per child) to have in an account by the time they graduate high school. I got a late start on all 3. So, I put $2,600/month into a Capital One 360 account. I didn't do the 529 because I am under the impression it would have to be used on education expenses. However, in a savings account I can have a nice windfall of they choose not to go or get scholarships!

I absorbed almost $30k of debt when my wife and I married 16 years ago. All of it on credit cards and her minimum payments didn't cover the interest. I got her interest lowered initially and then put the balance of different "life of the loan" accounts in my name. Only problem is your FICO will drop and hers will rise.

If you had 5-20% off coupons, a single item still wouldn't be free after the 5 coupons were applied. Example ($100-20%=$80, $80-20%=$64, $64-20%=$51.20, $51.20-20%=$40.96, $40.96-20%=$32.77 rounded). 5-20% off coupons equals approx. 67.23% off. Still a good deal though.
