College basketball refs reviewing every damn thing during the last few minutes games. Maybe that goes back more that 10 years but it drives me crazy.

Pretty sure I remember him taking a right cross while scoring a TD in another game.
It is one thing to try a slap/strip, but letting guys throw closed fist punches toward an opponent has always struck me as overly permissive.
