Was Dale Brown there?
No one has mentioned that Hitler had already taken over Austria and the Sudatenland. He then promised GB and France he wouldn’t take any more land. He then invaded Poland. In addition to the treaty between Poland and GB, this was a major factor in war declaration from France and GB.
P.S. You could shove Chamberlain’s head in a toilet and he would still give you half of Europe.

Worded it poorly. Forman discussed an affidavit from about a week ago. The affidavit claims Katherine Peter was being paid to influence juries, influence public opinion, tried to get Turtleboy put in jail, etc and it was all orchestrated by the DA’s office.
Is this real or a red herring?

Did anyone watch the Larry Forman YouTube on page 61?
Can anyone explain this Katherine Peter affidavit about a whistleblower? Exposing corruption in the Norfolk County judicial system. Is this real or just some side show muddying the trial?

The odds of my 85 year father doing this is 99%. The odds of him doing it and not leaving a 3 minute long nonsensical voicemail is a trillion.
At the least this is extremely suspect.

Started reading this thread and watching the documentary last week. Still don’t know all of the testimony and players.
Isn’t Whiffen a prosecution witness?
Doesn’t this testimony prove that she couldn’t have hit him and got to John’s house in that time frame?

So week after signing the contract he needs season ending surgery. Not buying it. He’s suffering from buyers remorse. F him.

Shouldn’t Jay Bilas be thrown in with Vitale and Forde.

The Gulf War benefited Europe WAY more than the United States since Europe depends heavily on oil/energy from the Middle East.

THE FIRST AMENDMENT IN EDUCATION: MAY FACULTY
AT PUBLIC SCHOOLS BE DISCIPLINED FOR POLITICAL HATE SPEECH?
Ken M. Levy®

The question I address in this Article is whether these consequences are constitutional at public schools. Whose right is stronger— a public-school teacher's First Amendment right to express pro-Trumpist sentiments or a public school's right to maintain a fair, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment? I argue that the public school has the upper hand here, that it is indeed constitutionally permitted to prohibit political hate speech that contributes to a hostile learning environment.
