I think the SEC/Stankey should be consistent. Every time the NCAA makes an eligibility ruling and is overturned by TRO, they should tell the school you will be penalized if you play him.

I think they are thought through. It is their constant mission in life to pass legislation to make everything "fair". That's what communists do.
