Look into the JJ Virgin diet. I was on cholesterol medication and got totally off following suggestions from the JJ Virgin diet.
Natural carbs in fruits. Lots of veggies. Try to keep it 3 servings of vegetables to 1 serving of fruit. Grilled chicken, fish, nuts and the occasional lean ground beef and sausage. Switch to brown rice. There is brown rice pasta that’s good for a spaghetti. Don’t eat anything that has more than 5% sugar added.
Walk at least 8k steps a day at a quick pace of 120 steps a minute. You should get your heart rate in the 100-110 range.
It’s amazing after you have been doing this for a couple of months how your body will start to crave the natural foods.
The least amount of ingredients in something the better. It’s great to eat stuff with only 1 ingredient.

Want to trade two Dallas Cowboys tickets for two Alabama tickets
Posted by firstandtiger on 10/14/24 at 12:19 pm
I'm interested in trading two Dallas Cowboys tickets at AT&T stadium for the games listed below in exchange for two LSU/Alabama tickets.
Monday, November 18th - Texans at Cowboys
Thursday, November 28th - NYG at Cowboys (Thanksgiving Day game)
Monday, December 9th - Bengals at Cowboys
Sunday, December 22nd - Bucs at Cowboys
Commanders at Cowboys - Date TBD
I have been a season ticket holder since the new stadium opened. These are great tickets and can be easily transferred. I have all the tickets listed on Seat Geek if you would like to take a look.
Section 230, seats 1&2. Aisle seats.

Dolphin Sigma. As others have said the Dolphin is great. Scrubs the walls really good too. Fine filter so picks up everything. Very easy to clean and store away. I’ll usually pull it out once a week or maybe every two weeks. It will clean 20K gallon pool completely in 2-3 hours.

Where did you get the bucket and strainer to clean the crawfish? It looks like it would be easier then cleaning them in the ice chest which I’ve been doing my whole life!!
