With the talent he has had at LSU and the output from that talent there are only two possibilities.

1. He does not have any ability to develop QB's or utilize 5 star skill players.
2. The stories about Miles micromanagement are true in which case Cameron is a eunuch for not speaking up and getting out from under a coach that has ruined Cameron's reputation.
If ALL of the boosters had wanted him gone last year he was done. Many of those boosters are the same folks who donate heavily to the politicians. He had booster support last year. They just were not loud about it.

The boosters had him gone and bought out. The governor and president stopped it.
When one donates big money to a football program ego is usually involved. The money translates to access to the program and relationships to the personnel and some folks with deep pockets wear that on their chest like a medal.

What is happening with some sycophantic boosters at LSU is very similar to what kept Mack Brown at Texas well past his spoilage date. Brown cultivated some of the richest and most powerful boosters in the state as friends. These folks were in love with the access they had to the coach and to the program and were more afraid of losing that were a new coach to come in than they were of losing games.

Miles is no different. He has cultivated relationships with rich and powerful folks in the state. That showed last year when he pulled his power play to keep his job. These folks egos are invested in Miles and they are afraid to lose their access and relationship to the program if he is replaced. You may not see or hear these folks but behind closed doors they protected Miles last year and are still trying to protect him now. For LSU's sake, Miles needs to be taken down before the program sinks as far as Texas' was allowed to sink. Last night was the first respect that program has earned in years.

I think this has a lot to do with Jordan Jefferson and Brandon Harris not reaching their potential. Both are smart enough folks but not necessarily able to process the upcoming play when the system delivers it to them just prior to the snap.
Bama started 4 new offensive lineman including a true freshman and a new center.
Do the Miles sycophpants EVER give up?

But the O-line was starting two guys with one start between them, and Clapp and Teuhema are banged up.
There is a strange Irony in a Miles offense in that the way they CALL PLAYS seems even more complex than the offense. JJ and Harris are not the kind of guys set up to work on the fly like that. I think both would more benefit from old school plays called out of the huddle. I think that has a LOT to do with both not reaching what should have been a higher potential.
The F King fools who will make the decision only want arse kissers and "company men". That is why Miles is so appealing to them. These same jackasses were willing to push out a freaking band director so that there would be more sycophants on campus.

And I do not know any great football coaches who are arse kissers.

I agree Wednesday needs to be harsh

Wednesday will have more filtering than a Hillary Clinton press conference in security and questions allowed.
Miles is not going anywhere this year or next regardless of his record.
It is not about the money as certainly boosters ready to see him go would raise the funds.
He has sycophants and close friends in places of power that want him there for whatever reason. Mack Brown had friends like that that kept him around Austin where money really was no object. Last year's fiasco gave the pro-Miles Mafia more strength to keep him no matter what this season. The public relations alone would be a nightmare for LSU and the Miles Mafia knows that.
F King Alexander has given the bird to F King LSU once more.
Note how many of these cities are in Wisconsin. Green Bay is number 3. Those boys can drink with the best. America's 20 drunkest cities.
Some facts for the blind cop haters.

Only one cop shot.
We have NO idea what was in either cops mind at the time he pulled the trigger. Their state of mind IS evidence and is needed for a proper investigation.
The man who was resisting arrest faced over ten years in prison for the crimes he was committing at the time of arrest and perhaps that is why he was STILL RESISTING at the time he was shot.

Because you are assuming the cops were justified, even though your eyes show you something different. George Zimmerman? No need to say anymore.

If not for the overcharging of a prosecutor looking to score political point Zimmerman would still be in jail for decades.
As I watch the video of this tragedy in Dallas I notice the folks in the march running for cover. This is proper, logical behavior. I also notice the police, who may have not known but did not care if they were the target, running toward the gunfire and putting themselves between the gunmen and the public. This is why the police deserve every benefit of the doubt and a proper investigation before they are damned or condemned by everyone for their actions from the press to the President when 24 hours had not been given to investigate. Certainly if they did wrong a policeman should be charged and prosecuted but only after ALL the facts have been investigated. #toprotectandserve

Show me evidence that when he was executed he was brandishing a gun. Show it to me. I'm not defending Sterling's life choices. I am defending his right to not be shot five times in police custody. He was on the ground with two cops on him. They didn't have to shoot him. They didn't have to do it but they did. It's all there. Nothing else matters. That he is a thug or a criminal, none of it matters. NO ONE deserves to be executed by the police when they are in their custody.

You have a problem with comprehension? With what I see the cops look in the wrong. But I am going to give a cop the benefit of my doubt until I get their side and see ALL of the available evidence.

I saw it differently. Reasonable people disagree. Fortunately we have a mechanism for these kinds of disagreements. It's called THE RULE OF LAW. Instead of calling people you don't know "racist" like you are all out of rational ideas, just let the Rule of Law run it's course. Or prepare for endless bloodshed and social anarchy.

Absolutely, but the shooter was pushed by forces that decided an investigation was not necessary.

re: LSU running back Leonard Fournette shows support for Alton SterlingPosted on 7/7/16 at 11:24 pm to ikoikoiko So you think those cops were justified shooting a man in their custody 5 times and causing him to die. Do you have eyes. Do you see the video. Imagine that's your brother or son. For gods sake

With just the two videos it looks bad but I want to hear what the officers have to say as well as see the store video , anything the body cameras might have caught and hear the 911 call. These cops were told by dispatch he had brandished a gun and threatened someone with it. Sterling was committing a federal felony in selling bootleg tapes while holding an illegal weapon. Thats a lot going on for me to make a 48 hour conclusion.
quote:

I don't care what the guy did. He didn't deserve to die. He should have been arrested, arraigned and tried for his crimes and served an appropriate punishment.

He did not deserve to be shot while pinned down. It was excessive and if you can't see that have mercy on your soul.

Remember when EVERYONE knew about the Will Smith facts in the shooting a few days out......Until all the evidence started to emerge.
quote:

I am white. I am conservative.

My brother is a cop.

What those cops did was excessive, resulted in the loss of someone's life and thus a homicide.

Any LSU fan faulting the greatest Tiger RB ever for speaking truth to power when the video is clear is either racist or so blinded by an agenda they will risk losing their credibility to promote it.

Most cops are not racist. Most cops are good people who protect us. But these guys committed a crime and the result was another human's death. The morality of this really cannot be seriously debated.

I am proud of Fournette.

Good to know you are omniscient before an investigation is complete.
