I took my 11th trip to BR for the Florida game and I gotta say ... I don't know how you could criticize Tigers fans. One week after the deflating loss to Alabama and the atmosphere was great, the tailgating was sensational, and the overall weekend experience was fantastic. I don't get the angst and ...

If you've got mismatches all over the field, why bother? Don't remember many trick plays with Burrow, either. ...
I've read where coaches said that DBs are more predictable and with more early success
I read the same, or a similar, article. If memory serves, it claimed that the hit rate on highly-ranked DBs is quite a bit higher than all other position groups....

I don't buy the Miles comparisons. Kelly knew exactly what he was doing, and the team was totally in control. No confusion. You might not have loved the exact sequence of plays but it wasn't a Les Production by any means....

My rec is Newport. The Breakers is pretty cool; and the Cliff Walk is beautiful. Downtown offers a good selection of restaurants and bars....
If you can get out to Cambridge, Lamplighter is worth the trip.
I agree, Lamplighter is decent and you can tween it in with a visit to Harvard and/or MIT. There's also good eats close by, either on foot or a modest Uber ride.

re: October New England Trip - ideas requested

If you're a foodie, I highly recommend Portland, Maine. You can do Portland and Portsmouth, NH in the same day. There's a costal drive from the NH border into Portsmouth that's beautiful.
In the opposite direction, Newport, Rhode Island is pretty cool, too. Four days is also ideal for Boston and ...
re: modifying the CWS bracket...?
Posted by TigerNE on 6/22/23 at 9:50 am
Florida has won three games by one run. LSU has won three games by 3-plus runs and the Gators are set up for a major advantage in the finals. Seems too lopsided. A single-game semi seems like a reasonable adjustment...
