If you don't have an injury preventing you and still don't deadlift, you need to start. It will cause all other lifts to increase. ETA Start light. Work on your form so you don't hurt yourself. :cheers:...

I touch my chest (not bounce) every rep. When Ifirst started, I thought I was doing good but only doing partial reps until I realized I couldn't get a full ROM with near as much weight. Worked on form and full range and my strength shot up. That being said, I never notice anything anyone else...

My last max was 365/220 and I did 225 x 21 that same week. My goal was to get to 20 reps and I only maxed out of curiosity. I don't go over 315 anymore for my shoulders sake. ...
