Looking to purchase 3 new salt water set ups to replace my aging work horses (15 years old now).

Should I look online? Or find a shop out here in Lake Charles? (Just moved out here for work)

Will probably end up dropping some $$$ on a few other items as well...

New cast net, utility knife, tackle box, probably a few decent rods to replace tipped rods for spare set ups, rod socks/sleeves, etc.

Appreciate any advice!

Tyler Lockett or DeVonta Smith ROS

Who you got?

0.8 ppr

Both seem to be boom or bust so far.

Smith no longer has to compete with Ertz and Wilson could be out awhile in Seattle, not sure how Geno will do getting Lockett the ball.

EBR mosquitoe abatement, give them a call and they'll come spray your place. Works great. You already pay for it through taxes, get your money's worth

Green Beans In Crawfish Boil

Anyone ever tried this? If so, how'd they turn out?

When did you add them to the pot?

I've done brussel sprouts before but thinking of trying some green beans or sugar snap peas this weekend.

Quick question for you boomtapp,

My new job will be based out of a Baton Rouge office, but corporate headquarters will be out of Decatur AL.

If this situation arises again, God forbid, which state's non compete would be used?

Seeing as how I'm the employee, I sure hope it's LA's lol

Update for you guys.

Had a friend's lawyer take a look and within 5 minutes he told me it's complete bull and they're wasting their time.

They're either just trying to intimate me or are just completely clueless.

Funny thing is, the agreement states the losing party in a legal battle is responsible for all fees incurred. Kinda hoping they go for it lol

Some basic background info.

Work is in the environmental field, been doing this same type of job for 5 years. Highly specialized job.

Majority of those years with a different company, only been with this former employer for 3 months. Just wasn't the right fit for me in terms of personnel and way things were run.

Non complete is pretty generic.

Don't work for a competitor within 100 mile radius of office for 2 years.

Only thing is, no specific office is specified other than the fact that I've worked out of said office. Work is nation wide, traveling east to west coast. No mention of a particular office or what defines working out of said office.

Again, no region/parish/city is expressly identified/mentioned.

Any other particular info needed to make a decision?

Non Compete Legal Help

Maybe the wrong board, if so I apologize.

Anyone have any experience fighting one of these? From my understandings, they're almost unenforceable in LA, especially if no parish or municipality is mentioned. Will post pics if I can figure it out.

Any good lawyer recommendations if it comes to that?

Thanks in advance

Appreciate the response.

This will be my 1st attempt with sugar snaps, bought a few different varieties. (Short bushes/tall vines and large/small pods)

Started them all under a UV lap in my garage yesterday and will transplant after last freeze.

Hoping they turn out ok

Anyone have any experience growing these in south LA? What variety works best and will continue to produce the longest?
