Anthony Sylvan built the pool and they are one of the bigger pool builders in the country. They built pool after house was built.

I can pull the top off the skimmer in the shallow end and see the water level with regards to the hole in the skimmer.

I do the same thing to the simmer in the deep end and the water level is higher by 3/4 inches.

My pool is less than 2 years old and has experienced what I believe is not a normal settling. The water level in the shallow end of pool is about 3/4 inches lower than the deep end.

This settling of pool has done quite a bit of damage to concrete deck as the ground underneath has heaved quite a bit. Not to mention, if the settling continues the pool shell I would imagine would crack. I filed a warranty claim and now awaiting the feedback from builder.

Anyone ever deal with this before?

My ex broke into my house while I was on vacation with our kids (whom I had and have full time) and lit it on fire. Luckily, my neighbor saw the smoke and called 911. Saw her exiting my house with a gas can. She was arrested later that day.

Hit some golf balls on the range today, and it was windy as hell. Hitting my 8iron like 120 yards it was so windy. Hopefully that dies down come 7pm. Let's geaux!!!

I can foresee day when I leave Austin because it is getting too expensive. My mortgage went up $1200 from the previous month mainly due to property tax increase. That stung a bit.

So at the end of the day, are we right back to where we started? What exactly did we gain in this back and forth? Ford suspended his tariff after Trump threatened with a bigger tariff. And we right back to the same place of last week when Trump has put a hold on the Canada tariffs of 25% for a month?
