Actually I haven't seen it talked about much at all. But I'm tinfoiling on AI pretty heavily.
Essentially it bans all 50 states from regulating AI for 10 years, centralizes control at the federal level, and integrates AI systems into key federal agencies.

Horrible dilemma that I have, either root for the better team to lose (Arkansas) or root for the Kings of the Dbags to lose on principle, thus putting a good Arkansas team in Omaha.

Because it's stupid to think that any team has to pray for rain if their top 2 falters (or, more likely, the offense goes to hell). Every team has to deal with this, every one. If they didn't there would be a clear favorite.
