I remember in the 93 game, I didn't realize how dominating Laxton was until the 9th inning. It was pretty amazing.

Whoever bats first and second needs to get on base so Bregman can hit them in
1998. That team was loaded. Didn't we hit like 8 hrs in the first game against Seth Etherton. Home plate became a launching pad. :lol:

I have watched the other teams play this weekend and none of them have the combination of hitting, pitching and defense that we have. JMO

Damn, just looked at the radar. It's gonna be muddy out there today.
All I know is the umps were brutal last night and it probably affected the game.

How many think the umps get together after a game to discuss the officiating in the game. I could just imagine them sitting at a table in a bar.
Umpire one: "You think that ball was out the park."
Umpire two: "Yeah it was probably out the park but my pregame drink were affecting my vision so I just called it a ground rule double."
