Achane or Mattison for Flex. Non PPR.

Just picked up De'Von. Gut says go with him. My other starters are Mixon and Walker III.

On bench is Gus Edwards, Akers, and Pittman Jr.
Think my only option is to go in there and hope some penalties can be forgiven.
I just spoke to ABC. Here's some clarification. USAA paid Infinity 12K to buy the car at end of lease. USAA was not able to handle the tax, title and license on their end (can't remember the reason). So, they sent to me. I was to take that to the DMV and handle. That never happened (perfect storm of other events in my life at the time). State continues to keep my registration under Nissan, cause they don't know any better. USAA continues to service my loan.

I never paid the taxes on the 12k. Factor in penalties since then.

Not sure the lien release from Nissan would work, but I will look into it.

I go once a month for back issues. It releases my involuntary contracted muscles, mostly in the hips or hamstrings, that have plagued me with back problems for years. That and a steady diet of yoga have worked for me.

Did dry needling when in physical therapy years ago for sciatica. I find it to be the same as what they did for me in PT.
Leased a Nissan in 2004. Bought that leased vehicle in 2007 with financing from USAA. Nissan Infiniti LT sent title transferred into my name to USAA. USAA sent that original title to me to register in Louisiana. That never happened. USAA loan paid off, car continued to be registered in Louisiana for years with Nissan as listed owner on registration. Now I am trying to sell it to Peddle.com. Said no problem until right before they showed up to tow. Said I need to transfer into my name with the state (not what they told me when they made the offer).

So, now I am faced with going to the DMV to request a title transfer that is now 14 years late. Late penalties would have piled up well beyond what Pebble would pay me for the vehicle.

Any advice?

You can buy a cheap bio bidet attachment for your toilet from Amazon or others for under $50. If you don't like it, no harm. If you do, you can upgrade.
I have actually just now contacted the engineer that stamped my plans. Waiting to hear back.

The consultant that issued a report on my floor actually specializes in energy efficiency solutions for homes and is a retired contractor. So, showing my ignorance on calling him an environmental engineer.

For those still interested, the following pulled from the report summarizes my issue:

This home has a hump in the hallway flooring on first floor near the left bedroom area. This is being caused by the elevated moisture in the hallway outside the son’s room, guest bedroom and utility room. The VCT TILE is preventing the moisture (water vapor) from the crawlspace from passing through the floor assembly to be dried out by the AC system. This makes for a wet floor assembly and this is shown in the moisture measurements. In addition to these problems, the homeowner keeps the home’s temperature below the average outside summer time dew point temperatures, causing cold surfaces like the floor assembly to reach dew point. Closed bedroom doors are exacerbating the problem by causing differential pressures to pull in outside air at any leaks in the home’s air barrier. The 1st floor HVAC air leaks at the return air plenum and indoor equipment, causing an increase in differential pressures. Underneath the home and around the rear and front decks, there is a problem with bulk rain water collecting near the foundation. The proposed solutions are found on the following page...
I have an issue with my home's foundation (in NOLA) and I am within my 5 years foundation warranty per the Louisiana New Home Warranty Act. My builder brought in an environmental engineer and cited the problem as related to moisture from AC and some under the floor insulation. Replaced the insulation with different kind. I won't get into specifics.

I just think this issue is probably more structural and I want to bring in an engineer to review the report and inspect the issue. Can anyone recommend an engineer to do this?

Thanks.

Any way to watch this game? Looks like a no.
Not looking to handle myself, just a place that will fill up my AC unit with R12. Thanks.

Purchased leased truck years ago....

received title from lien holder. Never transferred it with the state, so my registration still shows it as a lease. I am getting a new car soon (not truck). My truck is not worth much any more but I may want to hold onto it just to have a truck when me or my father needs one. But if I don't and I want to sell it, how do I transfer the title into my name without incurring penalties that exceed the value of the car at this point. Is that even possible?
