Exactly what should be expected from this rag. Cursory understanding of market dynamics followed by marxism as the solution.

The author starts off with a mostly spot-on, basic understanding of the housing bubble dynamics. Then, he goes off the deep end into recommending building more housing projects, which history has shown to be an unambiguous failure.

I'll save you some time, nothing worth reading in this article.
I wish it was Rand Paul but he doesn’t control enough cash flow.
You can sign up for youtubetv and watch it. Just do it until they get the deal worked out and then cancel it. I haven’t had cable for about 5 years now and I don’t miss it. YouTube has no penalty for canceling at any time.

FuboTV is good too. I have that during baseball season to watch the Astros. Then I cancel it for 6 months and then start it back up the next season.

By stay at Watercolor do you mean the Inn or home rental? We stay in a home and I was unaware this option was available.
Keeping that department around won’t help your cause. Cancer can’t magically be changed into something beneficial. There’s only one option - you gotta get rid of it.
How about that. I grew up with Graham in Mobile. Great guy and I hope nothing but success for him at ASU. He went there for undergrad and I remember running into him one night in Mobile while he was still working in the Diamondbacks organization.

Good luck old friend!

I thought Camp Creek became private. It’s still a public course?
I believe the federal government is trying to prevent Texas from enforcing a state law that they believe encroaches on federal powers. I'm not sure your analogy is an apples-to-apples comparison.

Banks don't have any money not provided by depositors, so that would be a double whammy. Even if the Federal Reserve bank in Houston were robbed, it would likely hurt Texans more than the federal government.
Look up “Dong knows Tech” page on YouTube. There should be a video showing how to put the AT&T gateway in pass through mode.

That’s what I used to setup my mesh system. There should be a long write-up and a video tutorial with it.
I set up an ASUS Zenwifi mesh system. It’s been working great so far. I have AT&T fiber 1 gig speed.

I also used the coaxial cables that run through my house to hardline connect the satellite units back to the main mesh routers-called a MoCA connection. My system is tri-band and by connecting them over MoCA it allows me to use all 3 bands for maximum speed.

Devices that are WiFi 6 capable are getting speeds of about 650 Mbps. I think it has been a good investment for me and even when we had tons of people at the house for the holidays there was no noticeable loss of speed or devices getting booted from the WiFi.

I currently have about 30 devices connected to WiFi.

Send the American tanker ships out and dare him to shoot at them. Or send the foreign flagged ships out and when he stops them ask why he won’t stop foreigners coming over our border but will stop foreign ships leaving the country.
I’m pretty sure that EADO is about to crater since the plan to relocate I-45 to the east side of downtown next to 59 has overcome all legal challenges. Over the next 15 years we will likely see that part of town be demolished.
I could understand if Maldonado was able to get France through the previous inning, but he was as worthless behind the plate as he is in the batters box.
No greater indications that Baker isn’t a fully functioning human.
Wow! Dondi McNulty was the executive chef at CCL when I worked there back in the early 2000s. I wondered where he ended up after leaving the club.
True, but doesn’t JV have a no-trade clause? I would imagine if the Mets want to offload any of his future contract, they will have to take what they could get. Without the Mets paying the bulk of his remaining contract, they end up with an aging, over-priced pitcher and not one new prospect to show for it.
Now that the Rangers are getting Scherzer are we going to be able to pull off a deal to get Verlander?
Congrats on the summer internship with the Heritage Foundation!
He’s lost his movement on his pitches. Everything looks straight coming out of his hand and stays straight crossing the plate. It’s hurting my fantasy team, too
