Five killed. Kobe, pilot, and that leaves three others.

No, the S-76 requires 2 pilots. So Kobe and 2 others.

re: Mandeville Neighborhood Recs

Look in Meadowbrook. There isn’t a more centrally located/tucked away neighborhood in town. I just saw a 4/2 ~2400 soft house on Clearwater listed under your price.

Birmingham was the top-rated market for the game with a 40.3 rating, followed by New Orleans at 27.7. Columbus, Ohio, registered a 13.0, followed by Atlanta (12.4) and Jacksonville (11.3).

NOLA market would have been higher if more people didn’t lose power over night.

Cabinet Painters St. Tammany

Do any of you St Tammany peeps have a recommendation for someone to paint kitchen cabinets. I’m looking for someone to professionally prep/spray the boxes and doors. Any experience good/bad is helpful.

re: Finally scheduled my vasectomy

I just had one about a week ago. Two words, jock strap.

I really wish I had one right away but it took 4 days of pain and discomfort before coming across a recommendation for one online.

1st, congrats on not dying. Cardiac Arrest is no joke. Did you need to be defibrillated when it happened?

As for activity level I believe your Dr. will give you some guidelines which probably involve a max heart rate so while you'll still be permitted to run you'll need to monitor your rate continuously to stay below the threshold. Source: hear say...
Interesting. That's the same house the filmed that Tom Hardy movie, Fonzo, in last spring.

re: Rest

I currently lift 4 M,Tu,Th,F, active rest (rowing or just mobility) on W, then maybe some light cardio on Sat. No activity on Sunday.

My week looks like this :
Monday - feel great, bench / ohp
Tuesday - feel pretty good, squat / sumo FL
Wednesday - feel like I'm fading, row/stretch
Thursday - feel partially restored, bench again
Friday - feel like I'm fading, dl/front squats
Saturday - pretty sure I'm dead, light cardioid
Sunday - feel partially restored
Repeat

I don't like deloads so I've gotten where I'll deload one of the lifts each week as needed. For example if I can tell I'm dragging on squat warm-ups I'll just do my heaviest three sets and call it then move on to sumo dl. Basically my intensity never dips but I'll cut volume way down for that one lift.
I second the vote for the Inzer lever. I started with the Inzer double prong and out grew it then went to the lever. It's much better in that I don't have to fight to undo it after a heavy set and I can just pop the lever and continue to wear the belt in between sets.

I suggest you call them to place an order and verify that they have the color /size you want in stock. If they don't it's like an 8 week lead time. I just asked what colors they had in my size and picked one.

Cost to Cut Down 2 Pines

Posted by MikeTh3Tiger on 4/12/19 at 9:48 am
Im looking for a ball park price to Cut down to 60' pine trees on the edge of a pond. There's no structure at risk and the only requirement is that they don't fall in the water. Any information is appreciated.
4th kid due any day now. Probably going to get snipped in time for CWS.

what's the regular price?

Um....

Discount = 16%
Current Price = $62.00

Current Pice/(1-Discount) = Original Price

$62/(1-.16) = $73.809
I agree. I thought it was great. Think curb your enthusiasm with a hot female lead.

Apparently they're not calling things that would have been flags in the regular season... Like holding on the Rams offense...
