Loyalty is an antiquated term used by companies to guilt you into staying when you are miserable.
Most of the same companies treat their employees like crap and do not respect work/life balance principles.
They also use terms like "family," this is terrible HR practice and should be banned.
Ample studies have shown that people work better when they are happier. That's why the 4 day work week is starting to become more prevalent as well.

Baton Rouge, La. – Danny Bryan, a former All-American and assistant coach at LSU who earned 2021 ITA Central Region Coach of the Year at Wichita State, has been named the head coach of the LSU Men’s Tennis program, Director of Athletics Scott Woodward announced Tuesday.

All of the major roads like Airline Highway and any other state Road in the parish are handled by the state. The parish can only take care of the roads that are owned by the parish. The parish is currently working on a contract with DOTD to start to maintain those roads but until that passes it is up to the state to handle it.

Saw our new AD tonight in the suites. Nice guy and I noticed later that Wade was in the box chatting with Woodward and others. Seems to be on a good path and future is bright!
