I would like to see Chase Clement get some time.

I just can't get past his '06 Reville Interview.

The fact that you think Boise State has any shot being in the Big Ten conference shows that you know absolutely nothing about anything.

Just sayin.

I don't care. But throwing the name out there in this thread seems to upset the homers.

:rotflmao: :rotflmao:
My guess is they draft a qb and trade campbell.

My sources tell me that other coaches are using media outlets such as ESPN, WBRZ, Eagle 98.1 as well as LA newspapers to negatively recruit against Miles and LSU. It's true. My sources say that it has currently cost us the state's top recruit as well as many others.

Apparently, these coaches are showing recruits ESPN highlights of the Ole Miss debacle and how ESPN bashed Les for an entire week. They even printed out tons of Glenn Guilbeau articles and played recordings of 98.1 postgame shows, all being critical of Miles. They have the nerve to show kids clips of interviews with Les in which he is unintelligable and are unflattering to say the least. They are asking kids if they want to play "for that guy." This is killing recruiting and needs to be stopped.

The national and local media outlets need to realize that when they criticize poor LSU play/coaching and give coverage to some boneheaded actions by Les Miles, it hurts LSU recruiting. We don't need these recruits knowing the truth about LSU coaches. Let's all make an effort to inform the media that they should only speak about Les & Crowton in a positive light.

This stuff is easy to prevent. All LM has to do is:

-manage the clock correctly
-put a well prepared team on the field
-don't lose to lesser talented teams due to being out coached
-don't call a time out on change of possession
-use 5-star recruits that were the best in the nation when they signed
-don't get manhandled at the los by La Tech
-stop giving pre, post, and during game interviews or practice a lot before the interview

at you in this thread.

Yeah. Obviously L10+1 homers are quite sensitive.

:rotflmao:
Enjoy Boise State routinely whipping up on you little 10+1 homers after no other school will join.

It's been on XM for years.
The Orange Bowl is tonight?

Guess it is.
FACT:

L10+1

Not going to get Notre Dame or Texas.

That might give JR a chance to revive his career. Hope its true.

Like a I care enough about the Little 10+1 to read any further. If not bored would not even be posting to this thread.

The L10+1 is still an over rated underachieving conference w/ a nice bowl tie in.

Personally I could care less if they ever get a conf champ game. I do believe it's in their best interest, but could really care less if it were to happen.

Texas is not realistic. Need to set sights lower.

You might actaully be luck to get BSU!

Good luck w/ vest ever winning another MNC in the near future and he's the closest.
Just speaking for me (and the majority of LSU fans), I'd take Peterson over Leslie.

Ill brings the state of Ill in the fall fyi.

But their football teams are not traditional powers.

BSU has become a traditional power. How many BCS bowl victories do IL, IN, or Purdue have in their backgrounds?
quote:

Boise brings nothing to the table.

What exactly do Illinois and Indiana contribute in the fall?
quote:

frick adding Boise.

No doubt OSU would not want it's annual schedule that requires playing 2 serious opponents disrupted. We understand.

But from a national attention perspective, BSU would be a home run and would probably dominate the western division of the current Little 10+1.

There are really only a handful of important bowl games. This one was important for LM's future and fan relations.

However, what is a total travesty is when an NFL playoff game has to go through GB, Buffalo, New England, Chicago, etc. No way weather should decide an NFL playoff game.

If the Big 10 wants a team that would make their conference much more attractive and dynamic, they should get Boisie, conditional of course upon removing that ridiculous blue turf!

Shows is a loyal LSU guy and is probably the LSU MVP of High School Coaches. He's never going to say anything negative about the tigers, nor should he in his position.

His interest is in giving his players a chance to play at the next level and therefore he will always speak in a manner that reflects respect toward university coaches and especially LSU.

Fine man. He has placed several at LSU over the years and several in the NFL.

Well coached team, WM.

BTW, at the end of the first half of state champ game, WM qb runs 1 minute drill to perfection to get points. Yet LSU can't seem to master that.

Perhaps Don Shows should help our coaches out. Maybe?
