Saw that last night - Joey Galloway and Jesse Palmer were totally disrespecting what LSU has done so far and heaping all the praise on Texas. Surprisingly, the only person defending LSU was David Pollack.

LSU very clearly settled when they hired him and there is a lot of resentment and disappointment.
I'm sure all the true fans want to be proven wrong but there is little reason to believe that he will succeed.

Dumbfounded and underwhelmed when he was hired...not impressed since then and will be shocked if it gets better

Full disclosure: I'm a huge fan of Les Miles - always have been, always will be.
But I love college football and I LOVE LSU football, so I really want to be cautiously optimistic. I think I will have to reevaluate my level of excitement when we get closer to September. Right now, not very hyped...

You can lump me in with the idiots but besides being the wrong hire, the problem with Orgeron is that he was given this ridiculous contract that gives him a huge buyout if we try to get rid of him. Why? Not like anyone else was courting him. He wasn't going anywhere. So why give him all the leverage? Which takes us back to the real problem - Alleva. My biggest concern is that he will be making the next hire also.

I hope Bama wins by 12 touchdowns. At least I have respect for Bama and Saban. No such feelings about Florida and Coach Nasty Teeth.

LSU has four losses but they lost to teams that are all currently ranked - and by a combined total of 23 points.
Auburn has four losses and two of them were to teams that are currently unranked - and by a total of 43 points.
I know the head-to-head matters, but they are talking about Ohio State making it into the CFP over Penn State even if PSU wins the Big 10 championship and even though Penn State beat Ohio State head-to-head so it seems the rules were made to be broken.
